Soufi Brothers opened their first Lebanese restaurant in Tripoli, Lebanon, in 1951, specializing in a variety of authentic Lebanese mezze and grilled kebabs.

In 1958, they were pioneers in the city, introducing Shawarma meat sandwiches and plates seasoned with traditional Lebanese spices. The following year, they expanded their offerings to include Chicken Shawarma.

The distinctive flavors of Soufi’s recipes fueled their growth, leading to multiple branches throughout the city and establishing their name as one of the most prominent Lebanese fast food chains in the country.

Now, Kabab2go continues this 70-year legacy by bringing the authentic taste of Lebanese cuisine to America, using only the finest ingredients.
